Our Auditorium rental rate is $800/day or $100/hour.

Crocus Room

Our Crocus Room rental rate is $500/day or $60/hour

Comfortable seating capacity 75.

Boardroom

$30/hour

Main Kitchen

Our Main Kitchen rental rate is $250/day or $40/hour

Back Kitchen

Our Back Kitchen rental rate is $250/day or $40/hour.

Rental Add-ons

Projector/screen rental: $75.00

Sound System/Mics: $100.00

Liquor Dispensers: $25.00

Tablecloths: $7.00 each (+GST)

Set up tables/chairs: $60.00 (+GST)

Take down tables/chairs: $60.00 (+GST)

Parking Pass: $5.00/day (N/A on evenings and weekends)

Cleaning Charges

Depending on the size and type of your event, additional cleaning charges may apply.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is required for every rental.
