Proposed By-Law Change 2021.

Article VII – Board of Directors. Item 1. Currently reads:
The board of directors of the Corporation shall consist of a minimum of twelve (12) and a maximum of sixteen (16) members in good standing and such persons as are admitted to membership by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Proposed change:
The board of directors of the Corporation shall consist of a minimum of nine (9) and a maximum of sixteen (16) members in good standing and such persons as are admitted to membership by resolution of the Board of Directors.
