We are all aging constantly from the moment we are born. As the world spins and time moves on, years pass and we grow older, its normal and it all passes by before we even know it. As well as aging being a natural process so is fitness, it is in everything we do from cooking in the kitchen to bending down to tie your shoes, from crawling to walking. It makes sense to figure out the best way to age all while keeping your self mobile. But some times its hard to start out especially if you don’t know where to begin.
